Children's Ministry
At THE LIFE, children are not the church of the future; they are the church of TODAY! Children play an active and important role in our communities and worship services at THE LIFE. For example, children lead the entrance into worship by parading in the altar cross and c
ommunion elements. Young people will read the lessons for the week, and as we lift up our prayers to God, children bring lighted candles and incense to the communion table. As a Church that is new, we are always looking for opportunities to expand our ministry to and with children. Please continue to see how our ministry grows.
We WELCOME IN children through our Homework Help Program and our Day School.
We BUILD UP the young people as the body of Christ through their involvement in our weekly Worship Service and through our two Summer Vacation Bible Schools.

There are two ways you can join VBS - volunteer your time or be a participant. Either way you're bound to have a great time!
Summer Vacation Bible School
Bi-lingual, SpanishOur Hispanic Ministries offers Summer VBS in the Spanish language for children in grades K through 6. Contact our Hispanic Minister, Deacon Paulina Janssen.
Ministry With Children
We REACH OUT with young people, not so much doing ministry for children, but doing ministry WITH children. Throughout the year we host mission, service days called LABOR FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR. Children are always encouraged to help us help others.
